Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By purchasing or using services from Dolo Websites ("we", "us", "our"), you ("client") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Dolo Websites provides custom website design and development services. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined at checkout and in follow-up communication. We aim to deliver an initial build within 24 hours of receiving all required intake information.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Fees are due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
4. Revisions & Refunds
Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional changes may be billed separately. Because services are custom and labor begins immediately, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once work has started.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback. Delays in providing requested materials may extend delivery timelines. You confirm that any content you supply does not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final delivered website and its content. We may retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." Dolo Websites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party services (hosting, domains, analytics, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by those providers.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. You may cancel ongoing engagements at any time; fees for work already completed remain due.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
